The property overall is clean with some cleaning stuff which is good.

The microwave is not working and the toilet roll is a bit not enough for us to use. But those just a small flaw. Overall is very good.

La localisation de l'appartement pas loin de tout le centre d'inverness qu'on peut faire à pied Le parking gratuit pour le véhicule

Le lit double est tout petit 140*190 je pense

Very clean and comfortable flat and in an excellent location, a short walk to the castle and centre of Inverness. Its own parking was a bonus.

Occasional noise from outside but not too bothersome.

The location is insanely good. It is within 5 minutes walking distance of the river within 10-15 minutes of all major attractions in Inverness. Avoid if a storm is predicted and you're stuck inside.

The host neither informed us nor left any manual explaining how the heaters worked in the property. As a result, we were unable to modify the settings to heat the property on the second night - during which Storm Amy had landed in Inverness and other parts of Scotland. This led to an extremely uncomfortable night in which none of us got sleep. Instead of helping us figure out the problem or accept the feedback, the host resorted to rudely passing comments on what's considered cold. In addition to this, the shower only operated in extremes. Walls are like cardboard - you can hear someone cough in the living room from the bedroom despite a closed room. Moreover, the lock is extremely frustrating as it takes quite long to light up the number pad. Overall, a poor experience made worse by the storm and the hosts' rude behavior.
