The property was nice. No where in the description, did it say that the condo was on the 25th floor. This made it challenging getting to the unit due to the wait time for the elevators. If choosing to stay at tidewater, be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes for an elevator.

This condo is beautiful. Very clean and has everything you need for your vacation. The property owner was amazing in helping us. I thought I had booked an additional day. We were an hour out and realized our check in was the next day. I contacted the owner, and with in 20 minutes we were able to book check in for that day. the facility is very clean and very safe. Minutes from food and fun. The views are stunning!!!

Great condo and amenities. We loved our stay. We were worried about the Elevators from other reviews at tidewater but never had to wait more than a few minutes. Would definitely stay again

The pictures online look amazing, and the condo really has potential to be awesome, but when you walk in, and the first thing you see is trash, dirty dishes, dirty sheets on the floors, sand and trash on the floors, used bar soap in the bathrooms, unflushed toilets, etc., it's hard to get excited about your stay. I immediately reached out to the owner, and he eventually got back to me. But in the amount of time it took him to get back to me, we had went out and bought cleaning supplies and laundry detergent, and cleaned everything ourselves. He offered for his cleaning person to come by the next morning but I declined since we had already cleaned it to our standards. The owner ended up refunding us for one night, as well as the cleaning fee, which was appreciated. But he definitely has a consistent problem, as made evident by all of the complaints. As for the condo itself, it's in pretty rough shape. Doors with holes in them, broken lights and fixtures, etc. The condo really needs an overhaul.
