Belle maison avec une vue magnifique! 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains, grand balcon et grande cour équipée d'un barbecue et foyer sont excellents pour divertir les invités. Situé dans un quartier calme du Parc Meadows Entertainment District, la maison est à distance de marche de nombreuses attractions! La propriété comprend un câble, salut Internet haut débit, de nombreux DVD, et d'un mini-bar en bas. La maison a été récemment rénové, et compte tenu de toutes les make-over: four en acier inoxydable, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, des comptoirs en granit, et un nouveau tapis et revêtements de sol en céramique. Il comprend un garage automatique pour deux véhicules, un A / C pour toute la maison, ou un marais refroidisseur si vous préférez. Cette maison peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. Park Meadows Mall, Lone Tree Arts Center, Sky Venture Inside Sky Diving, Zone-Brunswick, United Artist Regal Cinema, Hospital Medical Sky Ridge et Kaiser Permanente, Lone Tree Rec Centre, Light Rail Station, et de nombreux autres bars et restaurants à moins de deux miles de la maison!

Perfect location for our needs. Host was very responsive when contacted. House was clean, spacious, and functional. We'll be staying there again sometime in the future!

This was a wonderful home for my family and our dog to stay in while we were in transition moving from out of state and waiting for construction to be completed on our new home. We stayed for 8 weeks and the property owner offered excellent communication, checked on us throughout our stay and took immediate action when the microwave went out (the house has a brand new microwave now!)
This home is spacious and offered enough storage that we did not need to rent a storage unit for our furniture and personal belongings during our stay; we were able to use the garage and part of the basement.
The backyard is HUGE and the location is very walkable to stores, restaurants and parks.
The only downfall for this home to us is it is located in Highlands Ranch, not Parker as the listing states. This created a back-and-forth commute to get the kids to/from the school in the new house neighborhood. I imagine for most people, the location discrepancy would not be an issue and if the need ever arises, we will certainly considering staying in this home again.

Lots within walking distance, everything else was a pretty short drive. Really enjoyed the house. Only negatives were that the 2nd floor got hot while the basement was freezing, but that's a manageable thing if you know it's coming.
We had 3 teens and 3 dogs and there was plenty of room for us to hang out on our own/work and then come together for family time / head out for some adventure. Very affordable and the owner was easy to chat with about small issues.

We stayed for five weeks. It is a nice neighborhood but very noisy. The backyard backs up to a very busy street and is so noisy it is hard to sit outside during peak traffic time.
The heating and cooling in the house is inconsistent… top floor is hot and basement is freezing . That he lights are also annoying. They are on a short timer and turn off and on r. The house is run down a bit and there was no amenities in the kitchen like coffee, filters, salt and pepper etc.
