We loved the big garden and the pool, sunset view is amazing. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Villa is very private. Breakfast was delicious. Staff is very kind and friendly, will help you with everything you need.

Our stay at Sunny Sun Ubud with Okta was absolutely amazing! ❤️ Truly one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed! The property itself is incredibly beautiful, peaceful, and special, but what really made our stay was how wonderfully we were taken care of. Every morning we had the most amazing breakfast made for us, and she went above and beyond to make everything easy, including arranging wonderful massages for us. She was just such a delightful, warm person and made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. Something else I really appreciated is that she is Balinese and this is her place. There was something much more personal and connected to Bali about staying here, and if supporting local people and having that kind of experience matters to you, I think you’ll really appreciate this place. I also loved the location. It’s outside of central Ubud, which I actually think is a huge plus because you get to come home to somewhere quiet and beautiful while still being close enough to everything. Depending on traffic, it was usually about 20–30 minutes into town, and you can even walk into central Ubud in about 45 minutes. The whole experience felt peaceful, beautiful, personal, and very Bali. I absolutely loved staying here and would happily come back. Highly, highly recommend! 💕🌴

Sunny sun is located in a quieter part of Ubud approx 15 mins by car from the heart of town. The villa was well equipped from the room amenities, pool towels and fully stocked kitchen area if needed. There was a large filtered water fountain for filling water bottles etc. Pool and outdoor under cover area were great! A really peaceful space away from the hustle and bustle (and noise) of Ubud. The host went out of their way to help organise private catering, activities for the kids and an in villa massage withiut any hassle.
