The staff on hand were very helpful.
The key to open the door was challenging and initially wouldn’t open. We had to wiggle it and pull it back slightly in the lock to get it to open.

Nice, clean, modern with air conditioning. Good location in walkable distance to the Altstadt.
Check in was a bit complicated since we had to go to a different building before we could get the key.

The receptionist who corresponded with us and then met us was great! Our AC was not working and they immediately fixed the situation. Wonderful customer service!

Location great to old city and train station.
Air conditioning could be added but they did provide excellent fans!

"Très confortable, proche gare et proche centre ville. Très bien équipé. Dans le cadre de notre voyage, la machine lavante séchante tombait à point nommé."
