C'est une belle propriété historique à quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville d'Annapolis et du stade Navy-Marine Corps. Avec six chambres (deux lits queen, trois pleins et deux jumeaux) la maison pourrait confortablement dormir jusqu'à 12. Les chambres supplémentaires comprennent une salle de billard, une salle à manger, une grande cuisine, une bibliothèque et une salle familiale confortable. La grande cour arrière et le beau porche enveloppant sont parfaits pour ceux qui recherchent un peu de temps en plein air, ou pour les enfants énergiques!
La commodité de cette maison ne peut pas être surestimée: seulement trois pâtés de maisons vers le centre-ville sont Fado's Irish Restaurant, Restaurant italien Carpaccio, Mme. Shirley's Café, et l'hôtel Annapolis Westin où le Annapolis Circulator Trolley GRATUIT vous prendra en charge et vous emmènera en ville. De plus, l'épicerie la plus proche est à seulement un kilomètre et demi, et à deux pâtés de maisons de la maison sont un dépanneur, un magasin d'alcool, et «Paul's Homewood Cafe» sur West Street! This "Charming Victorian" is in a fantastic location within walking distance of downtown. There was also plenty of parking available. The house is full of so much character and historic charm, with lots of nice touches throughout that made it a great place to stay.We enjoyed spending time on the beautiful porch and in the backyard. The owners were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Note for future guests: This is a true Victorian home with multiple levels, so it may not be suitable for folks who have trouble managing stairs. Overall, a wonderful experience!

If you are planning a trip to Annapolis this is the place to stay. You could not find a better home to stay in in Annapolis. This home is lovingly furnished with anything you would ever need and so much more. It has old world charm with all the modern conveniences and is immaculately furnished and maintained. The memorabilia and the family touches make this home truly one of a kind. We were so impressed by this home and actually felt privileged to be allowed to stay there. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish thanks to the hosts, both in the incredible way they created their home and the very detailed instructions they left to care for it. Nothing was left to chance which was very much appreciated. There aren't enough stars to do this absolute gem of a home justice. We were sad we could only stay a short time and look forward to possibly coming back again some day.

We had a family wedding in Annapolis and the house was perfect for our group of 10. We enjoyed the back deck for meals, played games on the large table in the breakfast nook, and sipped coffee on the front porch. It was a short walk to town and was convenient to anything we needed (Safeway was only a 5 minute drive and Kohl's was about 10 minutes for some last minute clothing items that someone forgot). If we find ourselves in Annapolis again we wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again.
