Family Friendy flat of 120 m2 and a big terrace in the typical Gracia district
Bel appartement familial de 4 chambres, au calme, dans une résidence très calme. Dans le quartier de Gracia, métro Joanic, entre la Sagrada Familia et le Parc Guell (donc ni en bord de mer ni dans le centre ville). Belle terrasse (acces interdit entre 21h00 et 08h00). Grand salon (bruit interdit après 22 heures). Le respect de nos voisins est indispensable pour passer un agréable séjour. Une seule salle de bain comprenant l’unique wc. Spacieuse cuisine ouverte sur le salon. 2 chambres avec lits individuels. 2 chambres avec lits doubles. Pas d’air conditionné.

Great spot to explore Barcelona! 13 minute walk to both Sagrada Familia and Sant Pau and under 10 minutes to the Metro and buses to get to the rest of the city. Nice, quiet and spacious for our group of 8. Thanks Andry!

We stayed in this lovely apartment with our three teenage kids over the Easter holidays. It's in a perfect location, the area feels really quiet and friendly, yet really close to the city, you can also easily walk to both Sagrada Familia and Park Guell.
Inside is rustic with lots of original features, it's very spacious, yet cosy feeling and having the outdoor area is a real bonus.
Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The location was great and the flat was clean. There were some hidden costs to be aware of. if you have a car because there is no parking available. Parking is only for residents. You have to park in a paid parking garage. Our flight got in late and if you have to check in late, there are late fees, must be paid in cash. There are also costs for “tourist fees”, which must be paid in cash. In addition, there were cameras in the bedroom and living room. The cameras were a bit odd, as I have never stayed at a VRBO where the host can be watching what you are doing in the flat.
