A great centrally located hotel with really charming staff. The building is quite tired, but I like places that aren't formulaic. Location is perfect for the historic centre and the fabulous coffee shops as well as the many restaurants in the vicinity.
The shower was tricky to get warm water - it only got warm on very low pressure, but otherwise everything was as expected for the price

Great location, comfort, communal space design, friendly staff, everything super clean, reliable internet, very peaceful atmosphere. Shared bathrooms were totally fine!
I wish the hot water worked better, it was never hot. Some floor lamps or more desk lamps in the room would have been nice. We were room #2 (upstairs).

friendly and helpful staff; great location in the centre of town; the breakfasts (provided in the fee) were very good; relaxed and cheerful atmosphere;
sound travelled effecting sleep; cold evening and mornings - some portable heaters would have helped; it was not as advertised in Booking.com
