Appartement confortable et lumineux dans le quartier de Monti, un quartier caractéristique à quelques pas du Colisée et pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Soigneusement meublé avec un mélange d'éléments d'époque et de design, il est situé au quatrième étage avec ascenseur et se compose d'un grand salon avec un canapé-lit double, d'une cuisine confortable, d'une chambre double avec salle de bains, d'une deuxième chambre lit double et une autre salle de bain. Lumineux et calme, il jouit d’un excellent emplacement: à quelques minutes à pied se trouvent de nombreux restaurants les plus populaires de la région, de nombreux magasins et bars branchés, ainsi que la célèbre Piazza della Madonna dei Monti, où de nombreux Romains s’arrêtent pour prendre un apéritif. La station de métro est accessible en quelques minutes à pied. Si vous recherchez un endroit calme et caractéristique, cet appartement est idéal.

My family and I spent four nights in this wonderful apartment. An agent met us at the apartment and explained everything to us about the apartment in full detail. He was also kind enough to suggest various restaurants for lunch and dinner. The apartment was ample in size, had a partially stocked kitchen with coffee, olive oil, sugar, etc. as well as soap for the kitchen, dishwasher, bathrooms and laundry. I really appreciated having a washing machine and foldable drying rack!
The apartment was located close to a number of fantastic restaurants as well a a short walk to many of Rome’s major tourist sites.
One negative would be that there was a smell of raw sewage when you first entered the apartment, but you didn’t notice it after awhile!
I would not hesitate to chose this apartment when visiting Rome!

Great location in the heart of charming Monti area— nice businesses, restaurants, and a metro station nearby. The cobblestone street is a steep hill, so bring your sturdy walking shoes. Nice elevator in building. Apartment has a good air conditioner which was welcome relief after the hot walks during our stay. But the main space would use more casual seating and toiletry starters were not enough for the week. Plan on buying paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and trash bags. Refrigerator is a nice size. The bathrooms are sufficient if a bit dated. The only concern was the mattress in the main bedroom was thin and broken down.
