The restaurant food and staff were excellent as always.
I felt very rushed at check in, and I was not told you gave a discount for charging to my room. It was nice in the past when we stayed we had a choice of beer given at check in. My biggest issue was we were put on the courtyard where there was a wedding taking place and the music was so loud I had to put the TV on 56 to hear it, we drove 6 hours to stay here and the music did not stop until after 930

The location to the concert venue was amazing. The staff I interacted with were all very friendly and professional, the on-site amenities or convenient and very enjoyable the room had everything we needed, and the bed was extremely comfortable to sleep in.
The snack tray in our room had a decent layer of dust on it, which made me question how deeply the room is being cleaned. However every other aspect of the room looked very clean. The beds and the bathroom included.

This hotel is wow. The design simply makes it so unique and fun to stay at. The girl at the desk (I think her name was Avery?) was extremely nice and professional. She went out of her way to help and make us feel comfortable.
The hotel gives greedy vibes. Water- you gotta pay for it. Parking- it says on booking parking on premises. We pulled in and there was a vale guy that offered to park the car for 18$. We refused politely and asked to park it ourselves. He said parking was 12$ a night. Why would you have to pay for parking when it clearly says on booking that there is parking available on property? Fine. We got to the lot, scanned the QR code and guess what- it was 16.11$ and not 12$. Tricky and unfair!

Elevator was out for duration of our entire stay and the other one was a 5 minute maze away.
Room given was facing the outdoor fireplace, extra hot. Unnecessary in Texas summer
3rd floor rooms don't have a fan on the patio, so theres no airflow.
I didnt like the prefilled bar/snacks in the room. It shouts greedy and if I wanted snacks/beer, I could walk for it. It can lure rodents and bugs.
