kind stff and cleanness
requested late checkout and hotel charged me 2000 for two hours. Would have been nice if they could extend my two hours without a charge specially after staying 4 nights

No on-site parking and the affiliated parking is inconvenient and expensive. The English translation on the information sign about the affiliated parking is wrong. We followed the information and then at check out were told something different and had to pay the full price for parking and not the affiliated price.

Great location near shopping mall and station. Great baggage storage system.
The staff wouldn’t order us a taxi which was made getting an early taxi difficult.

Breakfast lacked variety and options for dietary differences. The hotel was close to the train station and shopping malls. The staff were helpful and the facility was clean and modern.
There were too many bars and pachinko places in the immediate vicinity. It was fine as long as we steered clear and went off to explore other areas.
