Location was great central to the bus lines. I used kitchen amenities frequently and was happy to see they conpost.
Beds and pillows are a little soft.

Clean, personable employees, priced for budget friendly travelers.
Must pay for parking in a ramp across the street or free on street parking blocks away - this location is amongst an area of many unhoused citizens in the downtown area, not a great place to have to walk around after dark or park on street in my opinion. Hostel however, very safe and inviting, location just not suitable for me

Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and helpful owner. Nice kitchen area, good to meet other travellers. I loved the bunk beds, equipped with reading lights and plugs for electronics, and the curtain gives a little privacy. I would stay there again.
Entrance not easy to find, squeezed between two shops. It’s opposite to Holiday Inn. Could be better signposted.

I really did not appreciate how the rooms were. We were expecting privacy but not having two bed, like bunk beds, in our room. Not much privacy for a couple. There were curtains for doors and paneling for the walls.
I appreciated the staff and how generous and nice they were. The only thing I did not like regarding this was when it was check out time nobody was at the desk.
I did not expect to see what I saw. There was no elevator and a lot of stairs. The rooms were just like office rooms with no privacy. I was expecting it to be like your normal type of hotel/motel and received completely different than what was expected.
