Location is excellent, perfect for local cafes, restaurants and river side culture. The access door is unattractive due to graffitti, but that features everywhere in parts of Ljubljana. Once inside, however, the flat is very clean and comprises entrance hall/kitchen, bathroom with shower and studio bedroom. Everything you need for a city stay. There is no television, but if you come to Ljubljana, why would you spend you time watching TV. I didn't miss it. WiFi was speedy and reliable.
Only the state of the entrance door from the street, although I suspect that if the owner cleaned the graffitti off the door it would be back again in weeks!
