The hotel was clean and quite big for Vietnam. The room was nice and I had a free upgrade. Bed was comfy.
The room was quite loud and the staff weren't very accommodating

The staff are extremely helpful and great facilities. We loved the steam room and the pool. Its location to the core attractions in HMC by foot was a bonus for us.
