Anthony met us at the apartment to give us the keys and walk us through all the systems and information we needed. It was nice to have a real person meet us rather than just pick up keys somewhere. They provided many recommendations for the area for restaurants at all prices, bakeries, grocery stores and even parking. All the information for the apartment appliances and the recommendations were very helpful and useful. The location of the apartment was amazing, just two blocks from Promenade des Anglais. The neighborhood felt very safe and clean. Very close to multiple tram and bus stops that provided easy access all over Nice. Short walk to the main train station. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean, in an older building but well kept.

The bedding and bed sheets were good but were starting to show wear and tear, some of the zippers were breaking. I would recommend updating them soon.

Communication prior and on check-in was excellent. Personal, very quick and helpful. Apartment was as advertised, very well equiped kitchen, great shower, bedrooms large and lovely to have shutters. Off the main street was lovely and so close to the beach and loads of restaurants and cafes. Air conditioning was a bonus and worked well. Great recommendations from hosts for local restuarants.

Minor improvement would be to have better quality pillows and sheets. There is slight noise from neighbouring apartments but this was relatively minor.

Very well located, quiet and clean appartment. Check in was easy and the host was very pleasant and responsive. Bathroom was clean and modern. Well equiped.

Living room and kitchen were on the small size. No elevator, tricky for luggages.

La surface, les 2 chambres et les équipements en gros électroménager. Appartement très bien situé près de la promenade des anglais.

Les oreillers sont bons à mettre à la benne. Appartement très sombre bien en été. Pas de wifi dans les chambres parce qu’il manque un répéteur Wifi pour porter le signal. Dommage parce que cela ne coute rien. Surprise à notre arrivée avec des échafaudages et la réfection du toit.
