Great Location 20 minutes to train station & 15 minutes to city centre, there is a small supermarket & a cafeteria at ground floor of the apartment.

The location was perfect, near everything that we needed. The staff was also nice.
Some of the things were broken, like the fridge did not cooling the food, the oven had a missing piece.

Antonio was very welcoming to me the moment I arrived. He showed me all of the facilities and wished me a pleasant stay. We had a double room with private bathroom. Overall, it was clean and tidy. There is a small supermarket and a Cafe right outside the property and you are close to the main attractions in Bologna. The Botanical gardens are a 5 minute walk and the main station is around 20 minutes also. It is a great location and if you plan on going into the main centre of Bologna, then you can't go wrong with the location of this apartment. We had a great stay!!!
As mentioned, the location is on a main intersection and the traffic is noisy at night, so keeping the windows closed and having the AC on was best for us. The rubbish collection was also a noisy distraction but there isn't much you can do about that.

We liked having a balcony, it was nice to sit out there in the evening sun. The room was clean, and the bathroom was modern.
There were no check in instructions so when we got to the property we had no idea where to go or what to do. We had told the hosts we would be arriving at 12pm noon however they thought we were coming at midnight, the only reason we could only check in then was because they were expecting another guest. It was very basic and quite small. The oven was broken.
