Good space for my family of 4. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. It's a short 5 min walk down the street to the beautiful beach. The neighbor women who let's you in the apartment does not speak English, but was very kind, friendly and patient with my limited broken italian. She had also translated instructions into English on her phone for us that were very clear and helpful, so check-in was easy. Also the place has a split unit ac in each room with its own controller which was really nice, since my husband and I prefer a cooler room than our kids. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Not really a negative comment just info to be aware of. The building is in a bit rough condition (although it didnt impact our visit) as i said above. The apartment itself is clean and well maintained. The building is currently undergoing repairs as are many buildings in town. The construction started every morning around 8:00am, which for us was not really a problem because we are already up by that time, and weren't planning to stay inside much when you're at such a a terrific seaside town. But for people expecting to sleep in, it might affect them more. The queen bed was old and very squeeky, but was decently comfortable (I've slept on much worse traveling). As long as your not expecting a fancy hotel, this is a very good budget friendly option when the coast can be fairly expensive.

El precio, la zona es muy cara

No había microondas. Para aparcar hay que pagar las 24 horas del día y aparcar un día entero supone muchísimo dinero, ademas hay poco aparcamiento y demasiada gente por la zona. El alojamiento ofrece parking por 20€ el día.

Parking is very expensie 20eur/24h. On weekend it is really hard to find parking. During the night arepigeons very loud. Double bed is very uncomfortable and it creacks. Staircase is very old. And there is no big terash can where you can put your waste. In bathroom is smell very bad.
