Beautiful Villa With Stunning Views Across Conservation Area
Notre belle villa familiale est située sur la prestigieuse station de High Grove à Clermont. Il bénéficie d'une grande pièce à vivre décloisonnée et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. Il y a 4 chambres spacieuses, deux lits king-size en suite et deux chambres lits jumeaux avec une salle de bains «Jack and Jill» reliée. La villa est équipée de tout le confort que vous attendez d'une propriété de haut standing; climatisation, WiFi gratuit, appels locaux, câble, une grande TV HD de 50 ", plus des téléviseurs dans toutes les chambres et une salle de jeux pour les enfants et les adultes. Nous offrons également l'utilisation gratuite de notre barbecue et un coffre-fort est disponible. C'est à l'extérieur cependant que nous pensons que notre villa prend tout son sens. Avec une piscine et un spa orientés sud-ouest, vous pouvez profiter du soleil toute la journée et d'une vue imprenable sur le lac et la zone de conservation. Cette petite communauté fermée est unique en apparence, et bien que très calme, il y a de nombreux restaurants, bars et un grand Walmart à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. Disney World est à seulement 15 minutes, Universal à 15 minutes. Il est à environ 75 minutes des plages de sable doré de Floride et du Kennedy Space Center. Les golfeurs sont également pris en charge, avec un certain nombre de parcours de championnat standard à proximité.

Overall impression- AMAZINGMy wife and I have been traveling to the Orlando area for over 20 years. We have always rented a villa for our stay.We try to choose the High Grove community for its gated entrance and ease & convenience.This villa was far and away the best EVER.We were greeted at our arrival with a bottle of wine and a personalized "welcome" card. What a refreshing event!Clean, well appointed, and refreshingly well maintained.The pool heat worked perfectly.The spa felt like a bit of heaven after a long day.The villa is in the wonderful gated community of High Grove.We have stayed in High Grove for quite a few years and frankly wish I had been able to utilize Jane's villa all along.Owner Jane is incredibly responsive and supportive.My wife and I also had the good fortune of meeting the head of the HOA when we visited the club house.We spoke for quite a while about the upgrades currently taking place to the community gate as well as the new surface on the roadways.It is obvious that the owners in High Grove take pride in their community.High Grove is in good hands.Your vacation will be as well.Jane, her team & the High Grove community set the bar very high for other home owners.

wonderful villa. we stayed a week and loved the house and location. the house is close to stores and places to eat but far enough away to not hear the hwy noises. the villa was very clean not bugs at all. we loved the game room and spent time every day in the pool and hot tub. highlight of our stay was getting to see 5 small/med size gators in the drainage pond right behind the villa. its a wonderful place and we hope to visit again!!

The property was situated within a very well maintained gated community. The house was well positioned on the lakeside so was not overlooked and so provided privacy when using the pool and spa.It was well maintained, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable with both double bedrooms being ensuite. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and utensils. The air-conditioning worked well and kept the house cool.The location was ideal giving easy access to all of Orlando's Disney Parks and other attractions. There was also plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive and the Best of British pub within walking distance which was well worth visiting.It would have been nice to have had tea/coffee and milk in the welcome pack as we arrived too late to get to any shops. However, we did appreciate the bottled water and wine. This did not in anyway distract from the enjoyment of our holiday.I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again if we return to the area.
