Location and the staff. Great spot to be, it’s on the quite end of the strip nice and secluded but all of Gatlinburg is an easy walk

I liked how it was on the water.
No gym! It advertised a gym, you’ve got to walk 2 blocks to another hotel to ask permission to use the gym!
