The most important essentials were great. The beds were comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. The location spectacular the patio was perfect for people watching and views of the ocean. A few suggestions would be for some extra bath towels. One per person for a week isn’t sufficient. They did have a washer and dryer. The beach chairs were old and rusty. The bikes were not inviting. The host was extremely nice and communicated with ease. We will be back.

Location is prime easy to get anywhere on the boardwalk. Place has really cool vibes.My only complaint is the police park there cars right in front of the wall and obstruct your view of the ocean/beach. When you try and ask police officer in Charge(Officer Luoazo) he berates you and tells you to call the mayor! That was a bummer. Was the host fault!

The location of this rental is exceptional. If you want to be near the center of activity and directly on the broadwalk, this is for you. The house is old, but is well maintained, has comfortable furnishings and plenty of space to relax. Beach towels, chairs, bikes are there for your use and a well equipped kitchen and large dining space were also excellent. I plan to book again in the future.

First off Peter was incredible to deal with from start to finish!!He met us upon arrival to show us around the house and noticed there was not a Beach Umbrella. Well Peter came back at 8o’clock that night with an umbrella for us. Peter and his girlfriend Ali had great recommendations for restaurants we went to quite a few of them and they were all spectacular !!!The location is amazing... and the house was FULLY equipped with everything and anything you may need.
