Great location. Large living room, bathroom, and kitchen. Great communication with owner and key pickup. No problems at all with the place. The double windows in the bedrooms keeps out a lot of noise. 24 hr convenience store across the street. Comfy bed.
The living space could use a bit of an upgrade from just Ikea furniture to make it more homey. It feels kind of stark and empty. One bedroom is quite small.

The location of this apartment is perfect! About a 2 minute walk from the Chueca metro station and plenty of shopping, LGBTQ+ nightclubs and great restaurants in the immediate area. The beds are very comfortable and there's great people watching from the balconies.
The apartment could really use some updating and finishing touches. It is very bare bones and doesn't feel like a home. The walls have a lot of scuff marks and could really use some fresh paint. There aren't any paper towels or any sort of toiletries other than hand soap.
