Comfortable stay. Guards were very helpful with security.
I sent an inquiry boa r-mail about possible missing black pants I might have left but no one answered. I also called several times but no one also answered.

The hotel is very close to the SMX Convention Center, just a 10-15 minute walk away. The room is clean and tidy, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The fitness and the paid self-service laundry service are also great.
Breakfast is probably more suited to Filipino and Indian tastes, and there hasn't been much change. However, I think they've made an effort.

The staff are nice. Shout out to james or something J who helped us throughout our stay.
The bathroom was not clean when we got to our designated room. There was a pungent smell, especially in the shower area. I’m disappointed, but nonetheless, they were able to clean it. However, there is still that pungent smell after cleaning, and I hope they address the issue for the future.
