La Casa Ave del Paraiso II est une villa de luxe de 5 chambres décorée dans un style mexicain contemporain qui conserve le goût d'une élégante maison de luxe en front de mer. Dans toute la maison, vous trouverez des conceptions architecturales distinctives complétées par des œuvres d'art uniques qui accentuent l'élégance des espaces. Il y a 5 chambres lit king avec salle de bains / salles de bains.
Au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent les suites à deux chambres et la cuisine, le salon, la terrasse avec coin repas extérieur et la piscine. Au deuxième étage, vous trouverez trois suites avec une chambre lit king-size, une terrasse et une salle multimédia. Toutes les suites offrent une vue superbe sur l'océan à travers la jungle luxuriante qui entoure la maison. Le paradis des ornithologues!
La villa est située dans le Real de Conchas Chinas, une petite communauté privée et fermée située à l'extrémité nord du complexe de Conchas Chinas à Puerto Vallarta. La villa offre à ses clients la liberté et la sérénité de se trouver dans un endroit isolé et sécurisé, loin de l'agitation de nombreux autres quartiers de Puerto Vallarta, sans sacrifier la commodité d'un court trajet en taxi ou en Uber dans le Vieux Vallarta et sa célèbre zone romantique galeries, boutiques, restaurants et vie nocturne.

Prepare to be enchanted, fellow travelers, as I recount a recent escape that redefined paradise: a stay at an exquisite VRBO villa, perched majestically atop a lush mountain, offering an uninterrupted panorama of the dazzling Banderas Bay. This wasn't just a vacation; it was an immersion into a dreamscape, a symphony of natural beauty, luxurious comfort, and, as we discovered, exceptional culinary delights.From the moment we embarked on the ascent, winding our way through verdant jungle, the anticipation built with every turn. And then, there it was – our sanctuary. The villa, a testament to tasteful design, seemed to organically emerge from the mountainside, its architecture seamlessly blending with the dramatic landscape. Stepping inside, the immediate sensation was one of expansive tranquility. Open-concept living spaces blurred the lines between indoors and out, each adorned with locally inspired art and handcrafted furnishings that spoke of authentic Mexican charm.But the true showstopper, the undeniable star of this mountain retreat, was the view. Oh, the view! From every vantage point – the sprawling terrace, the infinity pool that seemed to spill directly into the ocean, even from our sumptuously comfortable bed – Banderas Bay stretched out before us in all its magnificent glory. We spent hours simply gazing, mesmerized by the changing hues of the water, from the morning's tranquil turquoise to the fiery oranges and purples of sunset. The rhythmic dance of fishing

The villa is very well maintained and has beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains. The two ladies that made us breakfast were amazing.

Wow, my jaw absolutely hit the floor when we walked in! Everything from the drive up to the villa to entering in and seeing the view. I was astonished by the expansiveness, the views, and the bedrooms. It was the largest and nicest house I've ever stayed in. The staff was so so sweet and took great care of us. We got to meet Rolf and his wife on our last day and they were so kind. We felt like royalty staying there and I wouldn't have changed a thing. I can't wait to go back. True luxury and paradise!!! Just wow.
