The guesthouse is in a lovely building in the center of town, access is easy and Andreia (host) was communicative and very helpful, also re parking which was a short walk away. i loved the room with its high ceilings, it is beautifully decorated and wonderfully spacious. i also enjoyed the roof terrace where i could do yoga to hearts content. there is a coffee machine available with space in a fridge to store some groceries, during my stay fresh milk was always available.
i really enjoyed the stay, but the room is on a street that does have some traffic. i prefer to sleep with windows open so i assume this can be addressed if it bothers someone. i do think a nicer pillow would be a huge improvement.

The size of room brilliant very comfortable bed and great location
Too many steps. Found both door locks very difficult to unlock

I was lucky enough to have the old pharmacy suite. Fantastic preservation of history with all the old apothecary cabinets and paraphernalia.
No real issues at all but aircon would have been nice as it was hot. The roof terrace is nice bit a little ‘tired’
