L'appartement 5 pièces dispose de 163 mètres carrés, un mobilier design de haute qualité et peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Le grand salon dispose d'une façade en verre haut avec une vue partielle sur le Rhin. L'appartement est meublé avec goût et convaincu par le souci du détail. Pour dormir il ya 4 chambres disponibles, où l'on peut aussi bien être utilisé comme une étude.
Un autre lit d'appoint et un lit bébé sont disponibles et peuvent être fournis sur demande.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et offre tout le confort, si vous voulez prendre soin de lui-même.
Vous pourrez vous détendre sur le balcon orienté au sud avec une vue magnifique sur le Rhin.
Le lotissement a été construit. Un beau jardin de la bière sur le Rhin est à seulement 2 minutes à pied, à côté d'elle est aussi le restaurant chic 'Brigantinus' avec une belle Rheinterrassen, le meilleur équipement pour vos soirées d'été.

This is an excellent location and very spacious apartment for a larger family. The host is accessible and responsive. The kitchen is well stocked and modern. We loved the large kitchen table and comfortable common room. Amenities are generous. Lovely, large patio with plenty of seating. Apartment is close to three bus stops and an excellent grocery store. Ventilation throughout the apartment was good. Towels and Linens provided were an additional modest charge and we were grateful they were provided. An update to towels and linens would be an easy and appreciated effort as those provided were obviously well used and worn. We had a slight misunderstanding of the use of the laundry room (two floors down) and we would recommend written instructions in the apartment on the correct protocol and labels on the washer and dryer. Renters should know, for planning, that washer/dyer access is limited and external to the apartment. We would recommend this host and location, and would be happy to stay here again.

A fabulous property very close to the river/lake and a short walk to the railway station and old town. Great for a larger group.

Absolutely wonderful apartment for a large group. We were 6 adults and two children and the space was plentiful. Very clean, lots of outside space on the patio. Kitchen very well stocked with all utensils necessary to cook. Location is outstanding! Around the corner from a fantastic and big grocery store, with a cafe inside for morning coffee and pastries, if wanted. It's on the Rhein river and about an easy 10 minute walk to the old town, 15 minutes to ferries to explore all of the lake. Just know that you pay for every guest and parking permits, which add up quite a lot from the initial price. The host is very clear about charges, so they were not a surprise, just check for the total price. Highly recommend this property and we would go back without hesitation when visiting Lake Konstanz in the future.
