La maison avec des appartements est situé dans une rue dans la vieille ville de Graz, tout près de Kunsthaus, Université, AVL, le Schlossberg. Il offre un hébergement idéal pour les longs voyages d'affaires pour les touristes, les personnes âgées, pour les voyageurs de la ville, les visiteurs et pour le Congrès à Graz avec de bonnes liaisons de transport à proximité.
Pour restauration de soi il ya plusieurs supermarchés, un marché de producteurs, des bars et bons restaurants etc. sein 100m.

My Mother and Father in Law recently stayed in this apartment in Graz for 3 weeks
The apartment was fantastic and clean.
The owners could not do enough for them. The bedding was changed every week and my parent In Laws say it was far better than staying in any hotel and would highly recommend anyone travelling to Graz to stay there.
They will certainly stay there again. We are sorry we can only give them 5 out of 5 10 out of 10 would have been better

we stay still in december to visit our children for christmas-time, the apparment was very nice and clean,the apparment is small because we had all thinks what we need.

We have been there for three nights. The first impression we got was of disappointment. The apartment has no kitchen despite what the owners say. Just expect a boiler, a microwave and a basin. We argued about this with the owners who simply said that people were cooking too much so the stove was removed and in any case that was a kitchen to many. Didn't want to prepare large meals but be aware in case you plan to use the kitchen to prepare some food. Another issue is about parking. On the street is only three hours and the privat parking is additional.
Anything else is nice. The apartment is close to the city center, clean and moderately confortable for two persons on holiday.
