Les condominiums de Shipyard sont situés dans le Truman Annex Complex qui se trouve à 2 pâtés de maisons de la rue Duval et de toutes les attractions de la vieille ville de Key West. Les propriétés sont également situées à moins de 1 mile de l'une des meilleures plages de l'île. Les unités du chantier naval sont des condominiums à un niveau qui ont des cours privées au premier niveau ou des balcons au deuxième niveau.

The location was fantastic! We were able to walk most places that we wanted to go in Key West! The condo and pool were great! We didn’t stay in Alhambra due to deck construction, but the rental company gave us an equivalent condo (Seascape). The only negative was that the property was full of construction materials. It looked like a lot of maintenance was going on, and the materials were all over sometimes in the walkways. Overall, we would definitely stay at Truman Annex again!

Upon check in, the unit was in need of a cleaning and generalized upgrading & updating. The dryer did not dry all our clothes in one cycle, and the lid on the washer was frequently difficult to open. Also, there was little to no storage area for guests’ clothes, etc..There was dust throughout the unit, in air vents from A/C and closets, but most notably, there was dried vomit on the bottom of a chest of drawers in the living area. Unfortunately, that wasn’t discovered until we had totally unpacked our car! We called and passed this unsatisfactory condition to Marissa, with Compass, and she immediately apologized & gave us a refund on our cleaning deposit. We did complete our stay, and were totally pleased with the attention & service we got from Marissa and Compass. I would definitely recommend Marissa and Compass Realty, but would NOT recommend staying in unit 170 unless I was able to inspect it first, and see correction of the above issues.
