Hotel Galeazzi

I’ve just ended my short stay on Lake Garda at Hotel Galeazzi, and I honestly wish I could have stayed longer! From the moment you arrive, you get that lovely feeling of being in a classic Italian villa: stylish, full of charm, and with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The rooms deserve a special mention too. Everything was absolutely impeccable, spotless, and beautifully kept. You can really feel the care and attention to detail throughout the hotel. And then there’s the breakfast… honestly, one of the highlights of our stay! An amazing international buffet with something for everyone, from vegan options and gluten-free products to pancakes and cakes for the little ones. If you prefer a healthier or more sporty start to the day, there’s muesli, fresh eggs, and omelettes made on the spot. Everything feels fresh and carefully selected, with excellent-quality ingredients and lovely local products. One of my favourite things was waking up to the smell of freshly baked cakes and croissants filling the air in the morning. There’s something so special and authentically Italian about it — it makes you want to get out of bed and head straight to breakfast! Even though the hotel is close to the road, we slept really well and found our room peaceful and comfortable. The staff were also wonderful: always kind, attentive, and smiling, from the housekeeping team to reception and the waiters serving breakfast everyday and their delicious cappuccinos! It’s those little things that make you feel genuinely welcome and make a stay memorable. And last but definitely not least, the location is fantastic! Right between Salò and Gardone Riviera, it’s the perfect base for exploring Lake Garda and its beautiful surroundings. All in all, Hotel Galeazzi has that perfect mix of Italian charm, impeccable rooms, an incredible breakfast, and genuinely lovely people.

Lovely bed & room. Spacious and clean, friendly staff. Good location.

The restaurant wasn’t open, no room service, couldn’t call down to reception & I was exhausted after a long day of flying & work. Would have been needed. Also TV wouldn’t connect on apps like Netflix etc. even though the options were there.
