Very clean, the host and the person who met us at the waterbus stop Simona was very helpful with suggestions of dining places and helpful with train to return back. I did not realize the shared space for kitchen amenties but it was no big deal. I would recommend this spot for ease of location and communication with host.

We had a very nice time and very nice memories of Venice. Loved the little change of fruit and bread or muffins. Had problems with the coffee maker.Had to hold onto the buttons to have a cup of coffee. Host and hostess was very nice.
