"A un jet de pierre de la cathédrale" Bel appartement privé situé dans le coeur du centre a 60m2 avec entrée privée, ascenseur, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une chambre en mezzanine, deux salles de bains avec jacuzzi spa et salon confortable avec cheminée.
L'appartement est situé au 2ème étage d'un palais médiéval (construit au 13ème siècle) La chambre est conçue sur la mezzanine de plancher en bois avec un un grand lit, un placard mural, une salle de bains avec jacuzzi.
La cuisine, bien que petite, est super équipée et également dans le four, réfrigérateur, lave-linge et sèche-linge.
Un salon ouvert est conçu avec une cheminée, un canapé et salle à manger également avec des invités salle de bains.
La maison peut accueillir confortablement deux personnes, dans des maisons ou sur demande nous pouvons organiser un autre invité fournir un lit d'appoint.
L'appartement dispose d'un ascenseur qui rend très confortable, que ce soit pour les clients avec beaucoup de bagages ou de personnes ayant des difficultés en mouvement.

We stayed two nights. The best part was the location, which was excellent. It is near all the main sites and many restaurants. The apartment was as pictured. It was very clean. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware. There are two bathrooms, with the larger on the 2nd level with the bedroom. The stairs to the 2nd floor are somewhat steep and might cause concern for those with mobility impairments or with young children. There is a fairly steep stairway to the elevator.

What a lovely apartment, a feeling of spaciousness not often found in centrally located places. It is comfortable, immaculately clean, with simple but lovely-cum-quirky decor, nice light, nice bathrooms, small but very functional kitchen, and lots of storage space. My husband and I loved it with a few caveats: its central location, one of its great assets, is also one of its pitfalls - it is on a major walking thoroughfare to the main piazza, and was noisy at night. That said, if you can sleep with your earplugs in, it's less of an issue. The second caveat is that we had trouble with the internet access. This may have been our fault, as our iPhone is an older model, a fact that caused us other problems. The free WiFi in central Perugia requires an Italian sim card which we were not able to install in either our iPhone or MacBookAir, and if there is separate WiFi specific to the apartment the fellow who installed us in the apartment had some strange explanation about it. Alas for us. Finally, the instructions/directions to access the property, provided by HomeAway, instructed us to go to Corciano, the little town outside Perugia. Strange, especially when we called the number provided and talked to the apparent manager only to be told to stay where we were, he would send someone to get us... very strange. However, once installed, we loved the feeling of the place, it was nice to be only two minutes away from the main piazza, near to everything we wanted to do, to the recommended restaurants, sights, walks, museums and so forth.
So, I would recommend this place with a couple of reservations, but overall a lovely apartment.
