This is the second time I have chosen to stayed at this month long house in Cambria. The view from most rooms in the house are breathtaking ocean views. House is clean, well kept, and the kitchen supplies work well for a month long stay. ...Location is great for walks to Fiscallini Ranch. Truly a gem.

The website description matches the place. Perched on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean.The driveway, as mentioned in prior reviews, is correct. The driveway is steep and took some getting used to. Both bedrooms are located downstairs with a shared bathroom. (No master bath, bathroom is shared)The BBQ is very small, about the size of a George Foreman grill. Therefore, not able to BBQ as much as I like. The kitchen has the basics that one would expect. The location is close to Highway 1, which takes you to many different adventures.

In general, the house was good except for a number of problems: 1) rug had major holes on two levels and was dirty when we first arrived, 2) dishwasher and clothes dryer did not work properly, 3) the fitted sheets in the master bedroom had many holes in it making it hard to sleep, 4) we did not like the narrow multi-level layout of the house and 5) the frig was dented. The the beds were Ok, not great. The house was well situated, the baths were very good and the house had a great view of the ocean.
