The homestay boasts an unbeatable high-rise sea view location. Standing on the balcony, you get sweeping panoramic views of the coastal town and open sea. Check-in key collection was straightforward, the unit was tidy with complete daily necessities. It is walking distance to local seafood eateries and town amenities, extremely convenient for exploring Sekinchan. Sitting on the balcony enjoying sea breeze at sunset was the highlight of my stay.
No major issues encountered during the stay. The washroom has room for improvement in terms of facility details and daily upkeep. minor upgrades here would greatly boost guest comfort.

Perfect seaview. With 3 rooms for max of six persons
No wifi connection at all.

The location is good, near to all food eateries.
The house is spacious.
The floor rugs are dirty, seems like it is not washed.
There are some spider webs at the ceiling and the shower head needs detail washing.
There are some small insects here and there.
Not all lights are working.
