Land's End 302 building 6 - Beautifully Updated Cozy Condo!
Mises à jour partielles effectuées en 2016! 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain condo face à l'ouest, vous offrant des couchers de soleil depuis votre balcon privé! Avec une vue directe sur le golfe du Mexique, ainsi que le passage vers le Golfe, vous pourrez profiter d'un peu de tout. Fraîchement peint, salle de bains principale mise à jour, cuisine mise à jour, laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo et nouveaux meubles ne sont que le début de ce que vous trouverez dans cette unité 3ème étage. Fin de la terre est une communauté fermée, avec une grande piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, court de tennis, beach-volley, barbecues au charbon et bel espace gazebo, promenade autour de la propriété et une belle grande plage sont tous inclus à cette belle propriété à Treasure Island.

Nice upgraded property - excellent location and very clean. two areas of concern: Resort Rentals contacted us a few weeks before our visit to advise us that the original rental unit was not available, while they offered a full refund, we would still be stuck with flight costs, vacation time from work, etc. Second issue, cleaner arrived on the day of our departure hours before our scheduled departure time and opened the door - this should not have happened.

This was the second time we stayed at Land's End and the property is absolutely beautiful, but we were disappointed in the unit. The unit needs to have some basic updates. All of the sliding patio doors need to be replaced. We were constantly having to fight with opening and closing the doors and the screens had slices and holes in them. For the most part the unit was comfortable, but lacked the basic amenities you would think would be included for someone who is staying for at least a week or more. We had to purchase simple cleaning supplies/paper products and laundry detergent, which was frustrating when you go to clean something or wipe something up and you had no supplies.
