Combrit Sainte Marine: House / Villa - Combrit Sainte Marine
Idéalement située à 20 mètres du petit port de sainte marine derrière l'abri du marin, charmante maison au calme tout confort avec jardin clos (idéal pour enfants en bas âge).
Accès privé au port.
La maison entièrement rénovée en 2014 puis de nouveau en 2021 est composée :
1. Au RDC :
- un hall d'entrée
- un WC indépendant
- une salle de bains
- une cuisine toute équipée (y compris lave-vaisselle)
- un salon séjour salle à manger
2. A l'étage :
- une chambre parentale comprenant 1 lit 2 places (160)
- une chambre composée de 2 lits simples (90)
La maison dispose d'un jardin avec une grande terrasse en bois et un magnifique palmier.
La location bénéficie également d'un accès privé au port de sainte marine.
A quelques minutes à pied : - Le centre nautique de Sainte Marine - Le parc verdoyant de Kerobistin au bord de l'Odet - La plage de Kermor de sable blanc, longue de 4 km, surveillée en juillet et en août près de la pointe de Combrit.
Nombreux sentiers de randonnées à travers bois au départ du port quadrillent la commune joignant et longeant le bord de mer et la rivière de l'Odet.
Epicerie à 30 mètres.

The rooms were clean. The location was excellent. Having a private parking space was excellent. Less good: the bathroom was on the ground floor; no instructions were provided for the oven, which was an unusual type; the bed was not very comfortable.One particular concern was that although the host had asked what time we expected to arrive and we had provided that information we received an email the day before our arrival from an unknown person asking the same question. The email was not addressed to us by name, referred to "the house" but did not name it and we were unsure whether the mail was genuine. The owner confirmed it was but it would have been helpful if he had informed us that we would be contacted by this person (who met us on our arrival).We will visit Ste Maine again (we have been several times) but will not stay at this property or use Vrbo.

Walking distance from the small harbor where restaurants are open off-season. There is also a convenience store on the other side of the street where you will find all you need!

The location of this property is excellent and within easy walking distance of the port area with a wide range of restaurants to choose from.
Charming and small is an accurate description of Sainte Marine.
Our accommodation was well furnished and provided plenty of space for two people with a lovely outdoor space to relax. Perfect!
