L'appartement a une entrée indépendante et se compose d'un salon avec canapés et TV, d'une petite cuisine et d'une grande chambre double, tous avec un accès direct à la terrasse. Ce dernier se compose d'un grand espace de vie, partiellement couvert, équipé de tables, de chaises, d'un canapé, d'un évier extérieur et d'un barbecue. Il y a également deux autres chambres, l'une avec un lit double et l'autre avec deux lits simples, l'une donnant sur l'allée et l'autre avec la lumière de l'entrée et deux salles de bains avec cabine de douche. L'appartement convient à une famille de six personnes maximum ou à deux couples d'amis.
Avec son plafond à poutres en bois et son mobilier élégant, l'appartement est particulièrement adapté à une clientèle qui apprécie les qualités des espaces traditionnels et le charme des maisons historiques, accompagnés d'une vue exceptionnelle sur les monuments et le paysage historique et d'un ensemble de commodités confortables. La maison est en effet équipée d'une télévision, d'un lave-linge, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un réfrigérateur, d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un four et de ventilateurs, WIFI.
Veuillez noter que le parking se trouve sur la route dans la zone ZTL et nécessite donc un abonnement.

We enjoyed an extended weekend in Gaeta and the apartment is perfectly located in the old town with a fantastic view over the bay from the terrace and the living room worth the climb of the 130 steps to enter the apartment. The apartment is well equipped. Simona welcomed us at the town entrance and guided us through the narrow and charming streets to find a perfect parking spot just few steps away from the apartment. Restaurants are found close by and we enjoyed the good Italian food and wine.

Wonderful apartment in Old Gaeta with stunning views from a large balcony. Be prepared to walk up and down 125 or so steps from the property to the seaside area of the city. But worth every step!

Loved it. Quirky, because 1000 years old! Walking up steps totally worth it for the spectacular views of the harbor, churches and bell tower.

Gaeta is a beautiful town and this apartment is located in the Medievale section, which means it’s a short drive to the beaches, but walking distance to the the historic section as well as many bars and restaurants. As other reviewers noted, there are many steps to get to the town (124 to be exact), which didn’t bother us but I mention only because if you are physically unable to do that, this would not be the apartment for you.
Regarding the apartment- the location is great as mentioned above and the terrace is large and comfortable with an amazing view. The apartment itself, however, does not appear to have been renovated for decades and we didn’t find it particularly comfortable. A small investment to update the bathrooms, kitchen, furniture and linens would go a long way. The listing claims to have WIFI, but it’s actually one of those personal hotspot tools that barely works when used for its original purpose. As far as providing WIFI for an entire apartment, it does not work 90% of the time and because the building is so old, you can’t get service using your own 3G/5G data throughout most of the apartment either (personal data works well on the terrace.) So if you need WIFI access, take note.
We have given the apartment 3 stars due to location and the gorgeous terrace, but if you are a person who enjoys a baseline amount of luxury/comfort on your vacation, you may find yourself disappointed.
