La villa est située sur les hauteurs de Villefranche sur Mer calme et tranquillité au milieu de cette impasse a deux pas des commerces locaux,et a 5 minutes de la mer.
Une piscine chauffée ,avec nage a contre courant.
Villa entièrement rénovée en 2018.
3 Chambres climatisées avec 3 Sdb Wc.Douches a l'italienne.
Dont un studio indépendant.
Les chambres et le salon s'ouvrent sur de larges terrasses avec vue sur la Baie de Villefranche et St Jean Cap Ferrat.
Des terrasses qui permettent relaxation,déjeuners et diners a l'ombre ou au soleil.
Terrasses avec éclairages LED façon pont de bateau.
Cuisine avec Ilot central entièrement équipée machine Nespresso..
La villa est entourée d'un jardin avec Citronnier et Mandarinier.

I have a special rate for my guests from 1 April 2026 to 30 April 1200 euros. 1 May to 30 May 1600 euros 1 June to 30 Sept 1800 euros all day included from 10 am to 6 pm fuel and skipper Seabob paddle soft drinks included
Your skipper is Romain a professional skipper and also in charge for your check in
He exactly know the nice spots from Monaco bay to Villefranche bay for a complete day.
You can organise a lunch on board coming with your food and drinks (freezer fridge ice maker on board)
Or only apéritif and we can reserve a restaurant front the boat on the beach
....Egalement a disposition le bateau Cat Tender 45 fts appartenant au propriétaire de la villa pour une journée inoubliable en Mer avec possibilité de le louer pour plusieurs jours.
(5 Modèles existants créé par l'architecte Luc Simon Concepteur de bateaux et de Cabines d'Avion, un look Unique.)
Escapade sur une île voisine (ex iles de Leirins)ou simplement picnic et baignades dans une des nombreuses criques a proximité... shopping a Monaco.. ou un déjeuner et bains sur le bateau.
Autant de possibilités ou de promenades.
Le prix du bateau n'est pas en rapport avec les prix proposés dans cette gamme c'est simplement que je souhaite en faire béneficier mes hotes en partage et dans le même temps que le bateau ne soit pas inutilisé.

Great villa in wonderful town. Modern decor that was comfortable, clean, and useful for 4 adults. One level/bedroom not used. Incredible views from lovely decks.Great interaction with host and son. Son helped us move in and responded quickly to a tiny mechanical glitch.Pool is tiny---size of hot tub but not heated like hot tub----would be good as plunge pool in hot weather---not clear in pics on website.Great brasserie and patisserie and boulangerie and grocery store within easy walk distance.2 caveats----steep steps to get into villa and not walkable to town center or commerce at the water.Highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Everything about the place was excellent the views were stunning the accommodations were very comfortable and the location was convenient to restaurants and even a nice butcher shop and bakery. Parking was challenging but doable.

We are a family of four.
On arrival, we had difficulty finding the home, they say the address but don't tell you every house on the road is the same number and there is no name on the home.
No one was there to meet us, we had to wait 25 mins for someone to let us in.
Walking down the stairs, wow, stunning view over the bay, with two lovely patios with seating.
Once in the home very nice and clean.
The internet and TV wasn't working, very upsetting as I have to be in contact with my staff, the guys did try to get both working and said they'd fix the next day.
Also, the dryer wasn't working.
What is handy is approx 5 min walk is a supermarket and a fantastic local restaurant (the staff and food excellent).
We head out in the second day on our return the internet and TV was still not working, the person over seeing the house for the owner did come over (we didn't like the fact he just walks in without and knocking or notification).
They still couldn't get the Internet to work.
On our third day, the finally gave us a myfi device, which was OK.
Eventually they got the Internet to work.
I did during this time write the owner mentioning the above and am still waiting for a reply.
The bedding was OK, bed not the best.
One thing I should mention, if you rent this property you definitely need a car (thankfully I had prearranged a driver for our week).
Coming from the Caribbean we aren't to fussed but there are alot of ants in the bedrooms.
The lower bedroom, there is a sewage smell just outside the door.
Back to the view, this is what really saves this villa it's amazing, great sunrises.
It's a short walk down hill the waterfront, they have very good restaurants.
It's about 15 mins into nice and 25 Monaco.
We feel the villa is a little over priced for our experience, we would definitely not return to it.
