Situé au dernier étage d’une somptueuse villa classée des années 1900,La villa Edouard VII, vous acceuillera pour des vacances inoubliables .Ce très bel appartement développant 156 m² a été entièrement rénové récemment; il conjugue charme, élégance et volumes. Il bénéficie de 4 chambres(dont une suite parentale complète : chambre, dressing et salle de bains privative)d’un très grand séjour avec vue dominante sur l’océan.Il est idéalement situé entre l’Hôtel du Palais construit au XIX ème siècle par Napoléon pour la princesse Eugénie avec son Spa Impérial et le non moins célèbre centre de thalassothérapie Louison Bobet . L’emplacement, le quartier pittoresque de saint Charles avec ses petits commerces charmants, font de ce bien un appartement rare sur Biarritz.Dans cette belle villa typiquement Basque pleine de cachet et de caractère vous plongerez dans l'océan situé à 50 m sur la somptueuse plage du Miramar.Le soir après avoir contemplé le coucher du soleil le phare de Biarritz fera danser ses lumières dans votre appartement.

The apartment had everything we could need. We enjoyed listening to the ocean when our windows were open. Great location walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The apartment was very well looked after and clean. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Looking out of the front windows we had a sea view and from the bedroom at the side we had a view of the lighthouse. Unfortunately, due to renovations taking place in an apartment below we had no water for a couple of hours one day and drilling and a lot of dust on two other occasions. But despite this, I would recommend this apartment as a place to stay.

Nice size property. Lovely view from lounge and a couple of the bedrooms. Biarritz is beautiful and the location of the apartment is ideal within very easy reach of the beautiful beach and amenities We found it difficult to find the right door to access the apartment on arrival, which was a bit annoying, but the owners were on hand to help guide us eventually. We found the apartment was good for a weekend, but the bed in the main bedroom was very squeaky and the bathrooms were all very tired and in need of refurbishment. Lots of hot water though for showering after a busy day and a comfy sofa for relaxing. lovely high ceilings. We found the road noise disruptive but think that this is something that most central properties in biarritz would experience. We would have preferred to communicate with the owners in english, but all communication was in French so was slightly difficult. We found someones drivers license between the bedsheet and mattress of one of the beds we slept in so found this a bit odd. Cleaning fees and linen fees are very high, we felt Overall, a great sized apartment, in need of a bit of TLC in places, in a great location.
