Très agréable et confortable maison située à flanc de colline et bénéficiant d'une vue unique et magnifique sur le paysage "toscan" de la Provence verte : forêts ,vignes ,cyprès et oliviers et sur le Massif des Maures !
Située dans un quartier résidentiel au calme, à 800m du centre du village typique de Cotignac qui a gardé son authenticité provençale, elle est parfaite pour un séjour en couple, en famille ou entre amis !
La maison est prévue idéalement pour 2 à un maximum de 10 couchages ( dont un max de 8 adultes) : 4 chambres ( plus 1 petite cinquième chambre pour bébé ) ,4 SDB, 4 WC .
Elle offre environ 320m2 habitables.
Elle est entourée d'un jardin en terrasses clôturé d'une surface de 13,5 ares planté de lauriers roses, oliviers, figuiers et cyprès.
La piscine est chauffée,peut être sécurisée et sans aucun vis à vis.
La maison se compose comme suit :
* au rez de chaussée ( niveau rue 0 ):
- une cuisine provençale super équipée, un séjour/salle à manger spacieux en cathédrale avec climatisation, une grande véranda vitrée ( avec salon et salle à manger) prolongée par une très jolie terrasse en teck de 50m2 où vous profiterez de l'ombre de 2 traditionnels muriers platanes.
- une chambre double ( Toscane )avec lit King size ,climatisation et balcon, une salle de bains (baignoire et douche), double vasques et WC séparé
- une petite chambre avec un lit barreau bébé ( 1 lit de voyage bébé est également à votre disposition)
* à l'étage (niveau 1) : 1 mezzanine avec fauteuil ,1 chambre double ( Lavande ) avec une salle de douche et un WC qui bénéficie de la climatisation du living
* au rez-de-piscine (niveau -1) : 2 chambres ,le garage, le local piscine, la chaudière ainsi qu'une terrasse de plus de 50 m2 qui entoure la piscine
-la première chambre ( Safran) avec 1 lit double ,1 salle de douche, évier et WC ,avec climatisation. Elle est ouverte à partir de 5 personnes.
-la deuxième chambre ( Castille) avec 1 lit double , 2 lits simples,1 salle de douche , évier et WC ,avec climatisation. Elle est ouverte à partir de 7 personnes.

Very nice and comfortable house located on the hillside and enjoying a unique and magnificent view of the "Tuscan" landscape of Green Provence: forests, vineyards ,cyprès and olive trees and on the Massif des Maures!
Located in a quiet residential area, 800m from the center of the typical village of Cotignac which has kept its Provencal authenticity.
It is perfect for a stay in couple or with family and friends!
The house is ideally provided for a 2 to a maximum of 10 beds (including a max of 8 adults): 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets (plus 1 small baby room).
It offers about 320m2 of living space. It is surrounded by a fenced terraced garden with an area of 13.5 ares planted with oleanders, olive trees, fig trees and cypresses.
The pool is heated,can be secured and without any opposite.
The house is composed as follows:
* On the ground floor (street level 0):
- a super-equipped Provencal kitchen, a spacious living / dining room in cathedral with air conditioning, a large glazed veranda (with living room and dining room) extended by a very pretty teak terrace of 50 m 2 where you will enjoy the shade of 2 traditional mulberry plane trees.
- a double bedroom (TOSCANE) with king size bed ,air conditioning and balcony, a bathroom (bath and shower), double sinks and separate toilet
- a small room with a cot (1 baby travel cot is also at your disposal)
* Upstairs (level 1): 1 mezzanine with armchair, 1 double bedroom (LAVANDE), a shower room and toilet, and benefits from the living room airconditioning
* Downstairs (level -1 level swimming pool): 2 bedrooms, the garage, the pool room, the boiler and a terrace of more than 50 m2 that surrounds the pool

The property is in a wonderfully quiet location with superb views and yet is only 10 minutes walk to the centre of beautiful Cotignac.

The view and location were wonderful.
The house was clean with everything in order. The house had bedrooms on 3 levels so our 5 family members had privacy. Leila, the property manager greeted us and and walked us through the house.
Our host and manager was always available with a quick reply, but everything was in order so we only needed assistance to open and close the trip. We were in a quiet neighborhood up the hill but within walking distance from the center of cotignac,
Being from the US, air conditioning was important, and there were 4 Mini split units in the house keeping it cool throughout.

We rented Jean-Michel and Anne's beautiful house for 2 weeks for a family vacation and reunion.....cousins, nephews and nieces from Canada, California and Italy and we all had a great time during our stay.
The owner's hospitality was outstanding and Jean Michel, although living far away, was always quick and very responsive to any questions we had.
The house was beautiful and exactly as shown on VRBO, very clean, spacious both indoors and outdoors, and fully equipped including in the kitchen and bathrooms. The hosts also supplied lots of info on local restaurants and things to do in Cotignac and Provence.......very organized. The cleaning lady Leila was also great, hospitable and competent and very responsive.
In short a great and very enjoyable 2 week family vacation and reunion for all of us.......we would certainly do it again at Jean-Michel and Anne's house in Cotignac.
