A quelques pas de la plage de sable, des commerces et restaurants, ce confortable appartement traversant de 3 pièces, 60m² est situé au 1er étage avec ascenseur, d'une résidence, bon standing, de 3 étages. Une place de stationnement est disponible du 15 juin au 15 septembre. dans le parking de l' immeuble En dehors de cette période, le stationnement gratuit est possible dans la rue de l’immeuble.
- Le grand séjour (salon/salle à manger)climatisé possède une table et 6 sièges, un canapé-lit (2 couchages) et un téléviseur smart TV ( ainsi que la box wifi fibre, internet, télé); il donne sur la terrasse (10 m²) côté sud, équipée avec mobilier, où il est agréable d'y prendre ses repas en plein air.
-Les deux chambres séparées climatisées, ouvrant sur la terrasse (10 m²), côté jardin, comportent une chambre avec un grand lit (160 cm x 200 cm) et une chambre avec deux lits (90 cm x 200 cm).
- La cuisine, équipée donne sur la même terrasse; elle comprend: réfrigérateur-congélateur, four électrique, micro-ondes, plaque à induction 4 feux, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, cafetières "Nespresso" et standard, grill pain, bouilloire...
- La salle d' eau, entièrement refaite, est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne et d'un lavabo .
Les WC suspendus sont séparés.
- A disposition dans l’entrée : planche et fer à repasser, aspirateur
L' arrivée se fait vers 16h00. Si arrivée entre 21h00 et 23h00 supplément de 30€ pour la personne responsable des clefs .
Le départ a lieu entre 9h et 10h00 ; Si départ entre 7h30 et 8h30 supplément également de 30€.
Pas de service arrivée-départ entre 23h et 7h30.
A 10 mn à pieds de Saint-Raphaël, de son port et de sa gare.
- Commerces:
Supermarché (à moins de 10 mn à pieds), boulevard de la Méditerranée, et avenue de Provence , Fréjus-Plage, boulangerie à 500m, poste, cabinet médical.
Marché alimentaire, devant la poste mardi et jeudi matin. Grand marché sur le front de mer le dimanche matin.
-Restaurants à profusion en bord de mer.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Check in was ok apart from parking. We have a 7 seater and it was impossible to drive into the underground parking let alone park in the space allocated to the apartment. We then had to find alternative parking on the street which we managed to do however was not easy as always very busy. Overall a lovely apartment to stay in and an excellent location we walked to the beach daily. Frejus is beautiful and we can’t wait to come again.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday apartment with our family. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Françoise was extremely kind and always available to answer any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again!

We stayed in Françoise s apartment for 4 weeks and loved everything about it! It was perfect for us: clean, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, in a really good location. We particularly liked the south facing balcony.Verry difficult to leave actually!

My daughter and I loved our stay at Francoise’s apartment. The apartment is just steps away from everything - we didn’t have a car and didn’t miss it at all. The walks along the waterfront are fabulous - turn to your right and you walk for kilometres through the port of Fréjus and along kms of beachfront - the best direction for watching sunsets. Turn to your left and you are walking along the spectacular port(s), beaches and the red rocky coastline of Saint Raphaël. For the apartment itself, highlights would be the 2 large patios - one if you’re seeking sun and the other if you need shade and cool. The bathroom and separate water closet are top of the line. Both bedrooms are large snd comfortable (and quiet and dark at night). The less optimal elements would be the very small (albeit fully equipped and functional) kitchen, and the lack of any comfortable seating in the living room. The hide-a-bed couch is the only seating available in the living room and it’s woefully lacking in comfort (we didn’t try it for a bed). It was great being here in the off season as you could tell that a good number of the apartments in the building were sitting empty (which also led to little activity and noise from the building’s garage directly under the apartment). The building itself is modern, clean and very secure. All in all, this is a great apartment in a super location with a kind and responsive host. - I would return without hesitation.
