We had a blast! The projector would not come down on our first day. We called and someone came right over to fix it. The other problem with the projector it kicked off when it got hot, we had to turn it off for 10-25 minutes turn it back on. The house was clean, good part of the beach. We had a blast would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The location was ideal, just a short walk from both the beach and nearby attractions. The home was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. The maintenance team was exceptionally responsive; when we discovered the washer was not working, they arranged for a replacement to be delivered the very same day.We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable, convenient, and well-maintained beach getaway!

Let me begin by saying that I didn't contact Ocean Reef management directly. Why? I didn't contact them because others before me complained about some of the same issues I had and nothing has been done. The deadbolt on the front door? Still doesn't work. Dirty floors? Still dirty. Toilet in downstairs master runs 24/7. Don't sit on the living room furniture. It all reeks of urine and is seriously outdated. Only one smart TV in the place. We had to buy Roku sticks for watching anything other than the one available channel. Patio furniture is literally falling apart. Dryer takes 3-4 cycles to dry and the washer reeks of mold/mildew and sounds like a fighter jet when it is running. Ice maker makes ice, but won't dispense it. If you like FIRM beds, this house has you covered. Grill was nice. Location was great. I wish I had more positives to report. I feel like I was robbed of nearly 4000.
