Dans un appartement CHEZ L'HABITANT de 60 m2 (partagé avec moi), je vous propose une Grande Chambre privée avec un lit de 180x200….possibilité rajouter un matelas au sol pour une 3ème personne et un canapé-lit au salon pour aller jusqu’à 5 en mode dépannage, camping
Je loge dans une autre chambre de l’appartement.
➡️ Lavage des draps, sols, tous matériels utilisés à haute-température (vapeurs, linge à 60°C) et au gel hydro-alcoolique. Amenities à usages unique. N’apportez que vous !
Immeuble ancien du XIX siècle, propre mais donc vieux, voir vétuste (ne pas confondre) 😉 !
Proche centre commercial, presqu'île Confluence, cœur de Lyon, gare SNCF Lyon-Perrache, Tramway T1 (20 mns Part-Dieu), T2, bus, métro A !
UNE CHAMBRE à votre disposition, et le reste de l'appartement PARTAGÉ SI BESOIN, GRATUITEMENT (Non-louée donc hors-notation), équipé complet : cuisine (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four, gazinière, ustensiles, frigo, congélateur, télévision, wi-fii...), salle d'eau, salon.

Close Lyon-Perrache trains stations, shopping-center, heart of Lyon, all transportation, I propose a PRIVATE ROOM with a bed 180x200 cms for 2 poeples and 5 poeples can sleep in camping style with sofa or matress on the floor (I live here too in an other Room), on old-style building (From 1860's) then you Can use for free if needs all the appartment, not include in the location (then dont rate, only bedroom include) with shower-room, living-room, kitchen.
➡️ Washing of sheets, floors, all materials used at high temperature (steam, laundry at 60 ° C) and hydro-alcoholic gel. Disposable amenities. Bring only you !

Homeowner extremely helpful. In a nice area with easy access to shopping centre, restaurants and public transport. Not far from centre of Lyon and could easily walk there.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the place is nice and nearby the newly build area of Confluence, a very interesting new neighborhood with outstanding architecture.
