We rented this home for a small family wedding. The home accommoted the entire wedding party and provided enough room to host the small wedding and celebration, including an outdoor dance floor. Family and friends were able to find other homes within walking distance to come and join us.It was the perfect set up for hosting with plenty of amenities and space to spread out. Our family would highly recommend.

This space was excellent for our big family gathering. Close to Zions and not too far of a drive to Bryce.

Nice to have two downstairs bedrooms. Space was large. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and dishwashers. Nice patio. Host was responsive.

This home is ideally located for exploring Zion National Park. Perched on a hillside, it offers a peaceful setting and is close to an RV resort with additional amenities, though they are somewhat expensive. The layout is excellent for large groups, with plenty of bedrooms, spacious common areas, ample refrigerator space, laundry facilities, a well-equipped kitchen, a movie theater room, a ping pong table, and a hot tub. The hot tub was cloudy and set to a scalding 107.2F when we arrived, but the property manager adjusted the temperature. The biggest issue during our stay was the water. It was orange-tinged with a strong iron odor, making showers unpleasant, preventing us from doing laundry, and requiring us to buy bottled drinking water for our large group, which became an unexpected expense. We wish this had been disclosed before arrival, as we came with laundry to do and very little drinking water, only to find the local grocery stores (30 mins) were closed on Sunday. The home could also use a deeper cleaning. The carpets need cleaning, the floors could have been vacuumed more thoroughly, and the ceiling fans throughout the house were heavily coated in dust. Finally, while the Wi-Fi worked well, there is essentially no cellular service, so guests should plan to rely on Wi-Fi calling. Overall, it’s a spacious, well-equipped home in a great location, but better communication about the water issue and more thorough cleaning would significantly improve guest experience.
