Condo staff, front desk and neighbors in bldg very friendly.
Fabulous views, great AC with easy controls. A few small items......some burnt out lightbulbs (all should be upgraded to LED, back bedrm TV needs an extension cord to reach the wall outlet, Nicer flatware would be appreciated. Pots, pans, plates, glasses all fine. We'd stay again. Many thanks

The penthouse had amazing views of Southbeach and Miami. Towels, sheets and everything needed for the kitchen and bath. Easy check in and out. Walking distance to everything! Food beach and marina right there! Best restaurants and staff was courteous kind and helpful. Definitely would love to stay again. Local markets to get groceries were around the corners. Played tennis on the rooftop courts and hung out by the rooftop pool. Great security staff to feel safe also.
