Beautiful XVIII Century Farm House with swimming pool. Near Sorrento
Partie d'une belle ferme du XVIIIe siècle avec vue imprenable sur le golfe de Naples. Massalubrense offre le plus beau bord de mer avec des eaux claires et des plages rocheuses à atteindre facilement en voiture (5 km pour la plage de Marina del Cantone) ou à pied (Marina della Lobra, petit port de Massalubrense, où il est possible de nager ou de louer un bateau pour nager le long de la côte).. La maison a été magnifiquement restaurée en 1975, laissant son caractère ancien. La maison est confortablement meublée. Un jardin est à la disposition des hôtes, avec vue sur le golfe de Naples, entouré de citronniers et d'oliviers.
Parking privé pour 2 voitures dans la propriété. L'accès à la propriété se fait par un 50 mt. long et max 2 mètres de large chemin privé non adapté au sport ou aux grosses voitures. Sur demande, un service de ménage est disponible.
Rez-de-chaussée: séjour avec coin repas, cuisine (entièrement équipée), 1 salle de bain avec douche, 1 chambre double avec baignoire. Premier étage: une chambre double. Our family of 6 adults had an excellent time staying here. We enjoyed being a bit out from all the tourist areas. Massa is a great village, very welcoming and all the restaurants/shops our host recommended were excellent. We walked daily to the village and often took a bus from there. It was central for the things we wanted to do. Vicky was a kind and generous host using her car to assist us in bringing our luggage up the steep hill to the house. The house was everything you would expect from a converted 18 century farm house, quaint, charming and a lot of character. I will say we were a bit surprised by the distance to the pool from the house but enjoyed the view and walk through the lemon field. If visiting this area again we will certainly reach out to see if this home is available .

Lovely converted house, swimming pool set in lemon grove, both with views over the Gulf of Naples. Short walk to the town of Massa Lubrense. Vicky was a very warm and welcoming host.

We stayed at Ludovica's property for a three-generation family vacation. The space was well equipped and beautifully appointed, especially the lovely terrace which we enjoyed in the mornings and the evenings when the temperatures were cool enough to sit there. We appreciated the fact that each of the bedrooms had its own bathroom—very useful for a group of this size. The location is handy for visiting other spots on the Gulf of Naples, though without a car (because we were such a large group) we were reliant on the sometimes rather costly but admirably efficient local taxi company to get us around. There was a wonderful swimming spot off the rocks at Marina della Lobra which was a 15-20 minutes walk away down and up a very steep path—not suitable for the infirm or out of shape. Ludovica was very helpful before our arrival and during our stay; we especially appreciated her recommendation of the restaurant Da Michele in Marina della Lobra. We were delighted to discover this part of Italy and look forward to visiting the area again.
