This property delivered on everything we looked for: New Orleans charm with floor to ceiling doors, a courtyard, balcony, wide plank flooring and exposed brick. It was roomy and welcoming, immaculate and very comfortable for the three of us. The location was convenient and within easy walking distance of downtown, the French Quarter, Bywater, the street car line and the Riverwalk. Nearby is a large selection of high end restaurants and galleries in addition to a convenient Rouse’s market, yoga studio and down low vibe bars like Vic’s Kangaroo. Despite neighborhood activity the property is tucked away and very quiet. We hardly saw anyone else in the building though people were about and it did not feel empty. We reported a wonky doorknob after we checked in and a maintenance man showed up immediately, like a genie from a bottle! Franklin and Don were incredible. This property exceeded all expectations and having access to safe, adjacent off-street parking for our jeep was convenient and eliminated one more potential hassle. Check-in was a breeze and Damon and Don were on call for any questions. It was a great weeklong stay and we will seek it out again on our next trip to our old home, New Orleans.

Clean and tidy. Nice location.

Everything was simply perfect. We visit NOLA two to three times a year, and we love staying in the Warehouse District area away from the noise and action. We prefer to stay in places with that New Orleans historic charm. We have stayed at multiple properties in this area, and we really enjoyed this one. It was quite charming and nostalgic. We didn’t have to pack the extras …. The host provides just about everything you need. Parking is a definite plus.We even enjoyed the fresh Community coffee. We felt quite safe and we were very comfortable here. Thanks for all the little extras. A

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The location was ideal for us. The kitchen design provides very limited counter area for food prep. The dining table only has wood bench seating which is not particularly comfortable. The master bath tub needs a new shower head. The master bath pedestal sink provides virtually no counter area for a toothbrush, shaving gear or a water glass. The master bedroom walk-in closet has an odd assortment of wire, plastic ann wood hangers…including broken hangers. The master bedroom bed is extremely comfortable.
