This is a premium property! A recent ground-up remodel turned this property into something straight out of Architectural Digest with its professional design, decoration, and beautiful details. Combine that with the covered patio and its breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains, and you get one of the most memorable stays ever. No need to fly all the way to Italy when you've got this home available right here in Summerland, CA! The host provided a lot of great dining options nearby in Montecito and Santa Barbara, but since we enjoyed the home so much, we decided to make our meals instead. There's a grocery store close by in Carpinteria, and the beautiful kitchen had everything we could possibly need to prepare any meal. There's also plenty of room at the enormous dining table, but we typically ate outside to enjoy the view from the patio. The large bunk room was perfect for our three daughters plus one of their friends. There's parking for two cars in the driveway and room for additional cars on the street just around the corner, which came in handy because we had two friends visit for a day. The little town of Summerland is quaint and cute, but the beaches are the real draw, they're some of the best anywhere. And, don't miss that little gem Padaro Beach Grill for a burger at sunset. It's quintessential California! Would recommend for families with older children or couples enjoying a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful renovation to accentuate a beautiful view!

We had a wonderful stay here. Kristin was a great host, always very responsive. The property has one of the best yards and views of any VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house is well appointed with all the necessities including a pack ‘n play for our 10 month old grandson. It was in easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Summerland, and a short drive to Montecito and Santa Barbara. I highly recommend.
