We had a wonderful stay at Bruce’s property at the Lake of the Ozarks. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.Unfortunately, there was an unexpected power outage during our stay that was completely out of Bruce’s control. Even with the inconvenience, Bruce went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about our experience. When we had to leave earlier than planned because of the outage, he was very accommodating and handled the situation with kindness and professionalism.It’s easy to see that Bruce takes pride in being an exceptional host and truly values his guests. We greatly appreciated his communication, understanding, and generosity throughout the entire experience. We would absolutely recommend staying at his property and wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again. Thank you, Bruce, for your outstanding hospitality!

This is a terrific property. The indoor hot tub is a WONDERFUL amenity. The upgraded primary bedroom and bath are well done. The location is quiet and relaxing, but proximate to whatever you want to get to.Bruce and Sandy are exceptional hosts.We greatly enjoyed our stay.

This property had enough space for us. The pictures of the condo were what you got and it was clean. The problems my group saw were: When we got there and without any communication from the owner, couches and chairs were all over the halls and rooms and then movers gained access on their own to the condo after my check in time. All of the amenities that are listed are not close to your room. If you had elderly or small children it would be a distance. The pool and office are up a steep hill or 3 steep flights of stairs of stairs. The swin dock pic is not from your room. It is small and a walk down and around a corner. I think this should be mentioned. There are no actual pictures of the bathrooms. I think this is because they are very outdated. By the end of our trip, we were going from bathroom to bathroom looking for more toilet paper. Do not expect anything extra to be there. Coffee filters, condiments, simple first aid items etc. Literally everything you need, you should bring.
