Amazing outdoor spaces. Hot tub, gardens, huge deck and lots of seating areas. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. Easy access and parking Great communication with host. Good fit if you want something that feels like a home.

We booked this home because of the outdoor property, and we were not disappointed! Just loved sitting out on the upper deck and the lower patio, watching the wild turkeys and quails go by, admiring the beautiful oak trees. So peaceful and relaxing! The home had everything we needed, and more, and the owners were super responsive for any question we had. It was our first time to Santa Cruz and they were great with sharing information on activities to do. Loved seeing all the deer at the Quail Hollow Ranch trails just up the road. Overall just awesome, and a very quiet neighborhood which we loved!

My family stayed at this property to attend my daughter’s graduation from UCSC. The hosts were super helpful and the property was amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor shower, and sitting on the deck watching birds, turkeys, and deer wandering through. My niece and son enjoyed a hike that was recommended by the hosts. The house was well-stocked for anything we needed for cooking. We loved dining outside. This is a gorgeous property and I hope we get to visit again!

We had a lovely time at this beautiful home in the Santa Cruz mountains! Although it was just my husband and myself, the house is large enough for a group with generous indoor and outdoor seating and dining options. We took advantage of the BBQ and hot tub every night. Sitting in the tub looking up at the brilliant stars was amazing! The master bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is spacious and offers everything you could need for food prep. The property is large and nicely well maintained. Breakfasts on the deck watching the turkeys with their little ones was a great way to start each day. We enjoyed visiting Henry Cowell park, but be aware dogs are not permitted on all trails. It's def worth going but you might also enjoy the dog-friendly trails at Loch Lomond. We had a great lunch at the Grove Cafe & Bakery in Felton after visiting the charming covered bridge. A walk/hike around the harbor in Santa Cruz ended at Aldo's which serves excellent seafood on the water at a reasonable price. Seriously, why stay at a busy hotel when you can have this little paradise all to yourself? I highly recommend it!
