Ce condo 2BR 2 BA BEACHFRONT situé au deuxième étage dans le 15 étages Beachside 1 bldg du Sandestin Golf and Beach resort. CE CONDO EST GÉRÉ PAR LES PROPRIÉTAIRES. VOUS PARLEZ ET RÉSERVEZ DIRECTEMENT AVEC LES PROPRIÉTAIRES. Ne vous inquiétez pas si votre réservation est valide. Vous parlerez avec nous et vous saurez que c'est le condo dans lequel vous séjournerez. Ce condo est leur résidence secondaire et non un condo dépouillé. Il est entièrement équipé avec des chaises de plage, des parasols et des équipements de plage.
Entièrement rénové et récemment meublé, ce condo confortable a tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter. Fraîchement peinturé et mis à jour avec de nouveaux meubles et téléviseurs à écran plat. Le bain principal vient de s'achever en décembre 2015.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was fantastic—just a few steps to the beautiful private beach, with plenty of great restaurants and activities nearby. The host was very friendly and always quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Perfect location in town and perfect location in the building. Easy to come back and forth from the pool/beach to grab stuff in the condo. The private beach is worth every penny. Directly to the left is a much busier beach, with people packed in like sardines. The Beachside One beach is very roomy and you never have to rush to get there early. We usually didn't get down there till 11 and there was still plenty of room. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and towels provided in the condo was amazing. We drove 17 hours so it was nice not having to pack all of that. The master bedroom is amazing. Hands down the best bed I have ever slept in other than my own. The huge master bathroom and walk in closet is also amazing. If you love being at the pool or beach all day, this is the your perfect place! Our hosts were also great communicators and responded to text messages instantly.

The location and space of this place cannot be beat! Being able to walk right out to the beach from our floor and having the pool just one level below was so convenient. We visited during a very busy weekend, and having access to the private beach made all the difference without it, we probably wouldn’t have found a place to sit.The building felt very secure and safe, which made our stay even more relaxing. Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish: proactive, clear, and helpful, and we had absolutely no issues during our stay.The condo itself was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was very well maintained, and one of our favorite touches was the beach closet access. It was stocked with so many helpful items for our toddler, plus beach chairs for us, which made beach days so much easier and more enjoyable.We had such a great experience and will definitely be staying again!

The condo was beautiful! It was immaculate and well-equipped with EVERYTHING we could possibly need and then some. The view was amazing too! I am looking forward to the new pool being finished. Will definitely return!
