It was peaceful and a short walk to all the major attractions. The open courtyard was nice.

La chambre 1 a un balcon non accessible de la chambre avec vue sur poubelles. SDB un peu sombre et un peu datée. Petit déjeuner copieux mais choix limité et sur commande. Piscines froides en septembre

The hotel consists of two modern villas set on a small yet comfortably organized property. There is a swimming pool, along with space to sunbathe and relax. Throughout the day and into the evening, you can order juices, tea, and cocktails at the hotel bar. It is conveniently located within easy walking distance of all of Pula's main attractions. The service is excellent, with a warm, hospitable atmosphere that is remarkably quiet, clean, and beautiful. We found the breakfast format very convenient: you can order omelets, toast, coffee, croissants, and juices—everything is fresh or quickly prepared.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great.

The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment. At first glance, it looks fine, but the bathroom in particular doesn’t meet the standards you’d normally expect from a four-star hotel. There was an unbearable smell coming from the toilet/drain, which was sorted out on the second day by placing a urinal cleaner on the floor (causing the whole room to smell of chemical orange), the shower wasn’t draining properly, there were patches of mould on the bathroom wall, and the air conditioning smelled quite. For this kind of money, I would not come back.
